Application Review Applications are evaluated by our Human Resources department based on experience and competencies. Suitable candidates are contacted to begin the interview process.

Interview and Assessment Candidates undergo detailed interviews according to their suitability for the position and alignment with our company culture.

Training and Orientation Successful candidates are enrolled in job-specific professional training and orientation programs.

Onboarding Following orientation and training, our employees take up their roles in the field and begin operational processes.

In our system, pre-employment training, hands-on training, performance measurement, career planning, occupational health and safety training, environmental awareness training, and customer-communication training are delivered in a planned, ongoing manner by the FMS Training Center within our company and by professional training institutions.

Our company is a pioneer in its sector for the emphasis and effort it dedicates to minimizing workplace accident risks to zero under the scope of our OHSAS 18001 operational certification and in collaboration with occupational safety experts.
